●Because it is handmade, there are individual differences in size, shape, color, pattern, thickness, etc. Please note that the product image and the delivered product may not be exactly the same.

●The pottery in our atelier has crazing (fine cracks on the surface of the vitreous coating) called "kannyuu（貫入）". You can enjoy it as a beautiful expression of the work. There is no problem in using it.

●Because it is handmade, there will inevitably be some pinholes (very small holes), iron powder (iron that appears as black spots during firing), and unevenness in the glaze. Please enjoy this as an expression of the container. Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand the expression.

●We will ship after the payment is confirmed.
●For shipments outside of Japan, the number of days it takes depends on the destination country. We will inform you that it has been shipped by email.
●Customs duties may occur in some countries. Please note that you may be charged when your package arrives.

●Avoid using food that has a strong color or smell, or food that contains vinegar for a long period of time.
●Items coated with gold or platinum cannot be microwaved.
●When used for many years, the crazing called "kannyuu（貫入）" (fine cracks on the surface of the vitreous coating) may discolor, but this does not affect the quality.

●We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's unilateral reasons.
● In the unlikely event that there is damage during delivery, please contact the delivery company as it may be compensated.
